Dr. Megan Vucovich, MD

Dr. Vucovich joined the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Vanderbilt in July of 2018, after completing her residency training at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX. She is board-certified in plastic surgery, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, and she has published articles on a variety of topics within plastic surgery.

Dr. Vucovich specializes in all aspects of cosmetic surgery. This includes surgery of the breast, body, and face, and also non-invasive procedures such as laser resurfacing and injectables. In addition to cosmetic surgery, she also performs breast reconstruction in women with breast cancer and congenital defects, as well as reconstructions after skin cancer removal on the face.

In addition to operating at Vanderbilt’s main campus, Dr. Vucovich also performs surgeries at Vanderbilt Cool Springs Surgery Center and Williamson Medical Center.

Outside of plastic surgery, Dr. Vucovich is an avid country music fan and enjoys spending time with her dog, a bloodhound named Waylon.
